The sauna room, also known as the sweat sauna room, originated in Finland.

 It consists of dry sauna rooms and wet sauna rooms. The sauna room people usually refer to is the dry sauna room,

 and the steam room is the wet sauna room.

Traditional saunas produce steam by burning mineral stones and splashing water on them, 

while modern ones achieve the effect of saunas by using far-infrared rays and negative ions.

Because taking a sauna can relax the body, many people have developed a fondness for it. 

Some even choose to install a home sauna in their own homes. So, how should a home sauna be cleaned and maintained

 in daily use?

1.Please open the door to let the air circulate after using the sauna room.

2.Smoking is not allowed in the sauna room and there must be no open flames.

3.Please do not exceed 80% of the humidity in the sauna room.

4. If there is dust or sweat on the seats or board walls, just wipe them with a damp towel that has been wrung out after each 

sauna session. Then turn on the switch of the sauna room and set the temperature to around 45℃, 

which can effectively kill germs.

5. Power on the sauna room 2 to 3 times a week for 10 minutes each time to expel the moisture and prevent the circuits from 

aging and the boards from getting moldy.

6. Before using in the sauna room, one must be guided by a professional or read the instructions carefully.

桑拿房也叫汗蒸房，发源于芬兰，它包括干蒸房和湿蒸房，人们平常说的桑拿房是干蒸房，蒸汽房是湿蒸房。

因为蒸桑拿能使身体放松，所以很多人都喜欢上了蒸桑拿，还有一部分人会选择在自己的家里装一个家用桑拿房。那么在日常使用中该如何清洁养护家用桑拿房呢？

1.桑拿房使用完请开门让空气流通。

2.桑拿房内不可以吸烟，不能有明火出现。

3.桑拿房内湿度请不要超过百分之八十。

4.如果座椅或板壁上粘有灰尘或汗渍，每次蒸完后只需用拧干水的湿毛巾擦拭一遍，随后将桑拿房的开关打开，温度调到45℃左右，即可起到杀灭病菌的作用。

5.每周要通电2~3次，每次10分钟，来排出桑拿房湿气，防止电路老化，板材发霉。

6.桑拿房内使用前必受专门人员进行指导或详细阅读说明书。
